SOLUTION
Based on our automated monitoring system, feeding system, pneumatic conveying system and weighing and batching system, we provide users with fully automatic material conveying, weighing and proportioning, and distribution solutions. By inputting raw material information, we correspond the material information with the production process, finished products and orders one by one, preventing misinput and misaddition while facilitating material management and traceability. Production formula authorization management and invocation to ensure process confidentiality; Automatically collect process data, record key information such as temperature, pressure and rotational speed during the production process, and provide strong data support for adjusting production quality. Automatically monitor the status of production equipment, promptly alarm for various abnormalities in the production process, remind production personnel to pay timely attention, and ensure continuous production. According to production demands, quality control points are set at each stage of production for confirmation by authorized quality inspection personnel. Finally, various customized production reports are automatically generated to facilitate production management.
