This automatic adhesive production line project integrates project design, equipment production and procurement, on-site installation, commissioning and production trial operation. It consists of six major systems:

1. Raw material information collection, material data traceability system;

2. Liquid weighing and batching system, powder weighing and batching system

3. Liquid conveying system; Powder conveying system

4. Automation of process formulas;

5. Production data reports, raw material statistics reports;

6. Visualization of the production process.

The completion of this project has achieved full automation of the production process, solving problems such as manual labor, dust pollution, product stability, and production efficiency in the production process, and significantly enhancing production capacity and product quality.
